If your printer or scanner develops a fault and you cannot rectify it yourself, please bring it in to us for diagnosis, repair or replacement under the manufacturers guarantee. You do not need to contact Epson but if you have done so and they have given you a reference number please bring this in with you.

Please bring the printer or scanner in without any cables (Except items that have a transformer as a power supply). Please also bring in your proof of purchase receipt, statement etc.

Procedure..

You will need to leave your printer with us so that we can evaluate the problem and either repair it or arrange a quality assured replacement (If we don't have the replacement in stock we will order one for you and it should be available within 2 working days). Please note only the bare printer will be swapped, inks and in some cases lids will be swapped over. Neither Epson or ourselves are responsible for consumables which include inks. As printers do an ink charge when first fitted you will notice that the ink levels will be lower when you receive the printer back.

If we have swapped your printer it will be recognised as new hardware when you connect it to your computer, just follow the screen prompts, 'next', 'next' , 'finish' etc, to set it up. You do not need to reinstall the software but will probably need to reset the default printer in 'control panel'.
